a balanced experience
cute staff central location nice bar broken shower small pool small restaurant
the staff were really efficient. carlota at reception was particularly cute. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to many places. the breakfast and bar options were really nice.
the shower wasn't working as expected. they could not fix it . there was no offer of a room change.

excellent location modern design efficient air conditioning
I found the hotel location excellent with easy access to the port. The room design felt modern, and I appreciated the cleanliness. I was happy with the accommodating staff who provided a late checkout. The air conditioning worked efficiently and the room fridge was convenient.
I noticed some noise at night due to cars passing by.

the staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in experience felt personal. i loved the yoga mat that was available in my room. breakfast was fine, a fresh start to each day, and i could taste quality in all the ingredients.
the outdoor pool, though right by the sea, felt too chilly for a swim , a small pity.

the hotel location was great. i had a wonderful view from my room. breakfast had plenty of choices and a large space. i never struggle to find a table. the gym was amazing. it has beautiful views and modern equipment.
the air conditioning made a strong sewage odour sometimes.

The location is fantastic, near the beach and city center. The room was quite spacious with a large balcony. Breakfast had many choices, and the breakfast room let me watch the morning sunrise. The gym was well equipped and the room was super clean, so I am grateful.
The main swimming pool was not open. we were allowed to use the smaller one.
